		<description>Please be careful before you signup with Exabytes. My domain is hosted with them and already down for 3 days. When I call to their office and wait for half hour, no one answer the phone. I keep calling for more than 3 hours but no luck at all, only the machine talking to me. 

So I go to live chat and tell them it is urgent, you know what they told me? "Please submit a ticket and our support will get back to you", then I asked them how long should I wait, because I have been waiting for them 3 days already. Support told me “Please to be patience”. I was very angry to ask them if your website Exabytes.com down for 72 hours, can you boss to be patience. They didn’t answer me and told me already submit a ticket for me. Again, I am waiting for more than 4 hours now, no response at all. I will not stay in Exabyte anymore, they are ““Too Helpful”” and will help you to submit ticket when your site is down.</description>
